Incident Summary Saturday 9th February Night Shift

10th February 2019

Incident Summary Saturday 9th February Night Shift

In order to ensure that people are not identifiable from our incident round-up we will no longer be providing street names for smaller towns and villages where incidents have occurred.

Time 2112    Location: Morton on Swale, Northallerton

Reports of a fire in a field was discovered to be a wooden electricity pole on fire, caused by arcing wires possibly due to high winds. The Northallerton crew inspected the pole and handed the incident over to the electricity company.

In addition to the above incidents our crews attended automatic fire alarm activations in Whitby, Scarborough (x2), York and Hawes.  All were false alarms.
