As we are a public authority, all written material we hold, including any correspondence you send us, may be considered for release following a request to us under the Freedom of Information Act 2000, unless the information is exempt from disclosure.

Although North Yorkshire Fire & Rescue Service have opted for a UK based email service, technical support may be provided by countries outside of the EEA and therefore, email data may be transferred accordingly.
