09:52 Thirsk- false alarm fault on system

11:21 Severus Avenue, York

Two crews attendeed an incident where a pan was left on a hob unattended causing smoke logging. Crews gained access to the property and removed the pan from the hob.

12:28 Warwick Close, Sheriff Hutton

A crew attended an incident whereby a carbon monoxide alarm had sounded in a property after a log burner had been lit. The alarm had stopped sounded on the crews arrival. The crew carried out an inspection and gave advice to the occupier to have the log burner checked.

A crew assisted carers lifting a casualty.

15:21 Station Parade, Harrogate

A crew attended an incident involving broken glass from canopy above shops hanging dangerously over the footpath. The crew removed the loose broken shards of glass, made the area safe and cordoned it off. The incident was left with the police.
