Incident Summary Night Shift Sunday 15th December 2019

In order to ensure that people are not identifiable from our incident round-up, we will no longer be providing street names, for smaller towns and villages, where incidents have occurred.

 

 

 

Scarborough – 18:37

 

Scarborough crews responded to calls of the smell of smoke to the rear of a commercial property, this was a false alarm due to smoke from a chimney.

 

Grassington – 02:58

 

Crews from Grassington responded to 5 people trapped in a vehicle in deep mud and snow, crews took the occupants to a place of safety.

 

York – 03:05

 

Acomb crews assisted police and ambulance in released a female who had fallen and become trapped behind a bed, crew power used only.

 

Northallerton – 06:24

 

Northallerton crews responded to an automatic alarm activation, this was a false alarm due to a faulty detector head.

 

York – 06:31

Acomb crews responded to a dog with a leg trapped in the wheel of a child’s buggy. Crews used small tools to release.
